A Journey of Data, Grit, and Getting Things Done

Lena Chapman isn’t just fluent in data, she builds systems that make insight inevitable.

Armed with a B.Sc. in Mathematics and an M.Sc. in Operational Research from Birmingham University, Lena launched her career at HFC Bank as a Database Analyst, long before data became a boardroom headline.

Nearly Three Decades of Experience

Her career spans 10 years in financial services (egg plc, Barclaycard), another decade in global retail (Tesco, Ahold USA), and most recently, delivering high-impact analytics for e-commerce players like Hogarth WPP and eBay.

She is a rare hybrid: strategic enough to advise C-suite leaders, yet hands on enough to roll up her sleeves and code in SQL.
